Refund policy
We know you'll love everything you order from Totes Cool, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition.
- All original tags must remain attached, including the hang tag.
- Item/s must be returned in their original, intact packaging (where applicable).
We are unable to accept returned items for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, face masks, and sale items.

Returns are issued as a refund to the original payment method.
Standard Refund
Please enter your order number and email address below to initiate a standard return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time with your financial institution.
